Melting Pot is a secret Underground Supper Club in London, founded by the Spanish Chef Àngels http://healthy-home-made-meals.blogspot.co.uk/ and her friend Joy.
For Àngels, the Melting Pot is a dream. She want to create more than just a traditional dining experience; a place for she to express her passion for food and invite you to join on a culinary voyage to arouse the senses, enjoying the warmth of conversation just as much as the culturally diverse cuisine.
The food: The Melting Pot menu is inspired by Spanish, Mediterranean and contemporary cuisine from around the world. Tapas, pinchos and authentic traditional home-made Spanish cuisine will always be part of our menu.
The quality of ingredients is of paramount importance, we use fresh, seasonal and preferably local products from local suppliers and create healthy dishes with gourmet flavour.
The ambience: Casual ambience invites free-flowing conversation with a smile. We bring a touch of Spain to our venue to show you the Mediterranean lifestyle.
